Top mesh displays the metallic effect achieved by adding the world space view & light direction, normalising the result before using with a dot product with the world space direction

The bottom mesh uses the standard N dot L approach for shading

Support for additional lights

Uses gradient ramp to control light and shadow transitions. Swapping gradients allows for smooth shading, extra light bands or a more stylized effect

Controls for global tinting and separate adjustments for light and shadow colours

Slider to adjust ambient occlusion strength

Ambient light contribution slider - acts as a fill light, applying environmental colors across the object to help it blend naturally into the scene
